He saw a gap in the market and started importing American paperbacks for the Dutch market. That he had a good idea is now proven: a century later, Van Ditmar is still a successful importer of, among other things, foreign-language books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tussen 1988 en 2026 hoorde Van Ditmar bij het familiebedrijf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.audax.nl\/retail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Audax<\/a>, opgericht door de familie De Leeuw. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sinds 17 maart 2026 is June 15 Investments de eigenaar van Van Ditmar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><style>#ms-container-ed41a1f.has-background:before
